Ricci Brothers Construction

Review: I ([redacted]) sign a contract with Mr Ricci back in October [redacted] for plumbing and installing of one new bath/shower tub,toilet,vanity sink and the replaceing of existing bath/shower tub,toilet,vanity. Mr Ricci did good plumbing but it is very hard to get him to complete the job with many phone calls where he some times shows up only to work a few hours and leave for some reason or another some times you call him and takes a day or two before he answer only to tell me he is busy or he will say he will come and than call back he cant, he verbally promise he would have work finish by Thanksgiving and he did not, he said the same thing for Christmas and it did not happen because Mr Ricci was fussing about the shower wall he said that its not his job to install them when all along he new that tub has surround wall, with that he realize I was not happy about the hole situation so he was installing them and one of the wall that he had to put a hole for the faucet was incorrect so he was unable to complete the work that day because after he went to [redacted] and did not get the part that he damage he was going to look around for it so he can complete the job he also took a copy of the invoice with his cell phone so could check if he could get that piece and so far he did not and so I am still waiting because he"said he cant give us a time line"Desired Settlement: I LIKE more effective action also an adjustment on the total amount
