Review: The front office clerk [redacted] is rude, unprofessional and harassing. Dr. Hernandez suggested some treatment on my teeth when I went in for a cleaning and I told [redacted] that I could not afford the treatment at that time. I told her I would call her to schedule an appointment when I was ready to have the treatment done. She continued to call me for six months harassing me and every time I spoke to her I told her I could not afford the treatment she would get upset and hang up on me. I decided to switch dentists because of this and my current dentist called them asking them for mine and my children's x-rays and [redacted] was rude to them and told them that she needed my approval. I went to Dr. Hernandez's office to request my x-rays in person and [redacted] was rude once again stating that I would need to pay $25 per x-ray. I told her I was never notified of a fee nor did I ever sign a document regarding a fee. I asked her where it stated that a fee is charged for requesting x-rays and she could not show me any documentation. She said it is just a fee that they charge. [redacted] and Dr. Hernandez stated they DO NOT have this fee in writing any where. We are an active duty military family and we move every three to four years and we have never had a problem with transferring our medical records. [redacted] demanded a reason as to why my family and I were leaving Dr. Hernandez's office and going to another dentist. I cannot afford to pay these fees for my three children and myself. I spoke to Dr. Hernandez and he could not provide any documentation as well regarding the $25 fee per x-ray. I do not work and we are an active duty military family and cannot afford to pay these fees.Desired Settlement: I would like my mine and my families x-rays, records and any dental information transferred to my new dentist without any fees.
