Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
As in my previous communication, cracks that were " repaired " , reappeared just two weeks after job completion. Cracks have not grow in size therefore "ground movement" is not evident. The Ribkin company acknowledged the cracks were due a repair just a month after the job was complete

Review: I have asked that they replace the sealant in the expansion joints for stamping concrete work they did in January 2013. The problem with the sealant is that when they put tape on the stamped concrete and inserted the sealant into the expansion joints, the tape left glue residue on each side of the joint which turned black, the glue was sticking on the bottom of shoes on hot days and spread over the stamped concrete which multiplied the problem. Since July of 2013 they have told me that they have to remove the sealant in order to remove the glue. The tried to steam clean the joints which only removed the stain on the concrete, tried to clean it with alcohol knowing it will not work. They came the last time in October with toothbrushes and alcohol knowing that it did not work in the past. When they came in October they again said that the sealant has to be replaced but they did not have the money to do the job and if I would wait to have the job done in the "Near Future". They told me it would cost approximately $2000,00 to repair the problem. I have emailed them twice in December with no response and told them that I have been patient enough and have given them every opportunity to do what is expected of them and that is to honor their warranty and commitment which they have failed to do. All I want from them is to replace the sealant, remove the glue and re-stain the concrete which they messed up with the steam cleaning.Desired Settlement: Either resolve the problem by replacing the sealant and removing the glue or compensate me to have it professionally done before the problem ruins the entire backyard.
