I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
As in my previous communication, cracks that were " repaired " , reappeared just two weeks after job completionCracks have not grow in size therefore "ground movement" is not evidentThe Ribkin company acknowledged the cracks were due a repair just a month after the job was complete

According to the Contract signed on 02/23/Contractor shell not be responsible or in any way liable in the cracks as a result of any movement, cracks or heaves in the existing or new substrate caused by earth movement du to earthquakes, flood or landslide, hydrostatic pressure, broken water
