To whom it may concernWe have been in contact with this customer and explained that this was/is a banking error as we confirmed through our credit card proccessing company, Vantiv as well as our bank to gaurantee we did not collect the money We offered to contact his bank for or with him; he declinedAt that point we told him that if he could not resolve this with his bank to please contact us and we will supply any neccessary documents to support our gaurantee that we did not collect the money in question We have not heard back from this customer and assumed he and his bank resolved this issue.Sincerely, Sara M***
