we are sorry that you had a problem with our establishment but even though I intervened few times and took your side and I tried to help you with your car situation and the next day I put you ahead other of other costumers to take care of you and you still gave us a bad review , anyhow it
amazes me that you failed to mention that prior to bringing the car to our shop that you yourself attempted to do the work on it and you stripped the bolts and we came later to repair your mistake with the lowest cost possible !! as you know your car does need a lot of repair and used vehicle cannot be predicted and they could break down anytime especially when it is a year old vehicle !!!! you can show it to any other mechanic and will tell you that car need a lot repairany mechanic shop not only us will not be responsible for the parts that the costumer provide anyhow since you are not satisfied with our service please feel free to get serviced somewhere else , have a nice day !1:pm 06/29/17 Business called Revdex.com to add to their initial response above.The business states they are willing to refund half of $($67.50) if the customer provides an estimate from *** of what they would charge for labor (only) on the following work as performed for the customer by Riad Auto Sales, Inc.: tie rods, a stripped bolt in the rear, and a PCV valveThe business stated they will grant the customer a refund of 50% of what she paid them if ***' estimate is even one dollar less than what she paid them
