Tell us why here...On or about October 9, 2014, RIHI informed Mr. and Mrs.[redacted], that despite its best efforts, we were unable to obtain the necessaryfinancing for them within the payment that they needed to fit their budget. Asa result, RIHI canceled the contract, and on October 14, 2014, sent...
