Rhyme Business Products

We leased a copy machine through Rhyme Business Products for 4 years starting in 2011. We were happy with their service. Our lease was expiring in 2015. We decided to go with another company for our next copier. On Dec 10, 2014, I sent the first email notice to Rhyme notifying them we will be ending our lease. We understand there is a lease company involved with this process also, but between Rhyme & the lease company, we were not getting responses from them via phone or email. We were persistent in contacting them, with no returned calls. The copy machine was finally picked up from our office on March 4, 2015. We were very dissatisfied with the customer service for ending the lease agreement being that it took over 2 months.
