Review: RHSolutions claims to be a timeshare sales business with a website of rhsolutions.co, not .com. They called me once in a while to sell their service and finally I agreed because I need the money from my timeshare with [redacted]. They required an upfront fee of $399 which posted on my debit account on Nov. 8, 2013. They emailed me a form to print, sign, and fax back to them and they sent me a paper in the mail to sign and mail back. They claimed to sell my timeshare by the end of the year for at least $13,500. They said I could sell my timeshare even though it's not paid off yet. They then never called me to update me on my timeshare and when I called them it would go to a voicemail. I would tell them in that voicemail to call me back and leave a message and they never did. My calls to them used to go to a voicemail but now it either rings forever or gives me a busy/dead signal. I also have not recieved any emails from this company. All these signs point to the conclusion that this company is a fraud. I have filed a complaint through paypal because that's who the transaction went through. On my checking account statement it reads, "11/08/13 PAYPAL DES:INST XFER ID:[redacted] -$399.00" My paypal claim number is pp002xxx-xx-xxxxDesired Settlement: I would like my $399 back and for this company to go down. I told them how broke I was and how much I needed to sell my timeshare to pay my bills, but they didn't have a heart. They just took my money and never contacted me again. I realize that selling a timeshare could take months but they don't contact me to update me on my sale. Paypal says that since this is a service fraud and not a product fraud, that they might not be able to reimburse me. Please help. I really need my money.
Review: I paid RH Solutions to transfer the title of my timeshare and I have seen no return on my investment.Desired Settlement: Full refund of my monetary loss
