I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.

We supplied requested invoices the same day of complaint and forwarded to [redacted] as well. Originally this had been provided 2 weeks before complaint.

This is invalid complaint . [redacted], the sales rep spoke with Mr. [redacted] and explained process. We do not provide invoices until entire job is complete. My service technician called and advised he would go out to his property to as work need to complete job on 7/21/16. He sounded upset do...

As I stated in my response back to Revdex.com on this matter, I have no faith that this matter...

will be resolved by this company if I offer to accept the other resolution. Myself and many others are in total shock that this company could and would take advantage of so many people in there time of confusion and misunderstanding of insurance claims and left it to this company to handle these matters. He has consistently lied and not kept his word on any matters concerning the completion of my insurance claim. He won't answer phone calls, text or emails. It has been a very long and unnecessary  issue that should not have had to go to these lengths. Myself and many others in [redacted] have been taken advantage of by this person.  Thanks, [redacted]
