I am appearing as the attorney for Rhidium Tech.
Rhodium Tech has a written refund policy which is integrated into the Contract and signed by the customer
For this customer, I now have confirmed that the Company has fully refunded the money since your letter dated
December 14, just to resolve the situation peacefully
The Company takes the situation seriously and we are discussing to improve refund policy and procedure so that we can avoid or minimize any future customer dispute
For the record I would like to state the following points:
Rhodium Tech does not engage in any fraudulent or illegal business practices. The customer is mistaken into believing that somehow Rhodium Tech hacked customer computers. Rhodium Tech engages in only legitimate marketing. I would like to state that Rhodium Tech will deal with any business defamation and/or accusation seriously

The way I was tricked into contacting your company was through a link to a website embedded into an email that was made to look like an email from a legitimate company, WhatsApp.
If that's not fraudulent and misleading, I don't know what is.
I'm delighted to hear that you are looking to update your policies and procedures. But instead of trying to revamp "refund" policies for services that were unnecessary and thus non-rendered, try to revamp your marketing policies to highlight your services rather than prey on people through covert means.Sincerely,[redacted]
