It appears that the business is again being dishonest about the first message that they did not leaveI would have seen their number from an attempt to call, and would have got the messageAlso, it appears that they are ignoring the details of my complaint, and trying to dismiss it as me not responding to their messages I stated that I wished to be contacted by email only, and have not received an email from them One of the points of my original complaint is that if they had been honest and told me that GM Financial declined my loan application, my time would not have been wasted by going to the dealership, and having unneccessary inquiries added to my credit report I can't accept their response when they ignore my complaint, lie about contacting me, and refuse to contact me in the way that I requested Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 17, 2016/12/07) */ We have been an accredited member of the Revdex.com for many ,many years.We have a perfect record with the Revdex.com as we do in fact practice honest and fair business practices.I did in fact reach out to the customer and gave my cell # on both occasions.As far as credit inquiries go,we dont have the capability to pull credit checks back nor does any other business that we are aware of.we have a signed credit application ,along with a pay check stub and proof of residence provided by the customer giving us permission to attempt to secure credit for them.We have nothing in writing from the customer requesting that his credit and loan application only be sent to GMAC.We have two credit inquiry leads that were sent to us from the customer since from credit vendors other than GMAC that we can provide proof of.We our sorry for the customers dissatisfaction but we feel nothing is owed nor any wrong doing on our part as we do have proof that the customer was an online credit shopper with other sources than GMAC

It appears that the business is again being dishonest about the first message that they did not leave. I would have seen their number from an attempt to call, and would have got the message. Also, it appears that they are ignoring the details of my complaint, and trying to dismiss it as me not responding to their messages.
I stated that I wished to be contacted by email only, and have not received an email from them.
