Review: I have contacted Rhodes Computer Service twice due to my laptop is locking up. I have been billed twice, the last being over $170, and the issue is still not fixed. When speaking with the owner he says he talked to the tech and the tech told him our employees are allowed to use the computer for anything the want, which is not true, and that the computer is being used for porn. If they could not fix the issues of the laptop completely locking up I should not be billed for a problem that is not fixed.Desired Settlement: I am reporting this company due to they are charging for services that they did not do. My computer is still not working as they say they have fixed.
