a bill they say is unpaidI believe this was paid."
Response: The date of service in collection is from April 16, and is for $Ms*** paid $201,on 10-07-for a date of service on 07-24-We have not received a payment of $206.64,
Complaint "First this bill was originally billed to my sister in law with the exact same nameShe called them and they in turn billed me but gave me very little time to pay but! believe I didn't,"
Response: Ms*** is correct when she stated that at first the bills went to her sister-in-lawLogansport Memorial Hospital (LME) has a contract with Manage Accounts Receivable (MAR) who initially sent the invoices to the incorrect personWhen the sister-in-law called the error was corrected
We have included a report listing the letters and calls made by MARA letter/invoice was sent each month from August through January The report provides dates of attempted calls made to Ms*** from October through March
