RhinoSystems, Inc. (RSI) has followed...

its published return policy and refunded to the customer in this complaint his purchase purchase ($74.90).  In brief, our policy provides that upon receipt of the returned product, RSI will refund the original purchase price less shipping, and that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. 
In regard to the present complaint, the customer has been uncooperative in response to several efforts by RSI to try to identify a satisfactory resolution to this matter.  The customer refused any assistance to make the device work for him, or to exchange the device under the product warranty.  Further, the customer did not allow any time for RSI’s receipt of the returned items and the processing of his refund before filing this complaint with the Revdex.com (the complaint was filed on the same day he first contacted RSI requesting a refund and receiving a return merchandise authorization from RSI). 
In any event and as stated above, the customer’s refund was processed last week prior to receiving the Revdex.com email.
