Dear Mr [redacted] We understand your situation for which you are frustrated and tried to make us look bad, but exaggerating things will make everything more difficultThe property of Heathfield at Universal City has been vacant for years and was ready to be flippedThe house was in no condition to sustain a family living thereThere is no reason for you and your family needing to get a hotelWe are not a fraudulent companyWe have done many jobs throughout many years and have proofWe are sorry that your flip didn't go as you had planned because of the water pipe that was never supposed to be thereThe pipe was supposed to run on the outside of the propertyWe tried to work with the city but instead the city denied out offer of help
