Rhino Shield Gulf South, LLC

I am currently having a very frustrating experience with Rhino Shield Gulf South.We had our house painted by them about yrs ago and have been satisfied with the product.We put an addition on the house this year and on April contracted with Rhino Shield (salesman Chris) to paint the addition.We were told that they were about weeks behind because of the weather but would let us know when work could be scheduledThe work has yet to be scheduled.Chris has promised on several occasions to call back at specified times to let us know about scheduling and never calls back when promised.I called the office this morning and they said he had been called away to Orlando where they were having problems.I asked who was taking care of customers here and if I could talk to them and was told they can not give out that infoOffice person said she would contact boss herselfStill waiting

We had our home Rhino Shielded several years agoAfter having wood repairs we called and requested the paint to use after the repairsFor the last months we have been calling and e-mailing trying to get the paintThe contact person does not return phone calls, does not email to keep us up to date about what is happeningLove the product but if Rhino Shield wants more business it is going to have to hire personnel who do their job
