October 19, 2018 - PLEASE SHARE with your friends. BUYER BEWARE - RHINO SHIELD is not cheap and does not live up to their advertisements. I had the non brick parts of my house covered in Rhino Shield about a little over a year ago. Ten months later, the paint started flaking. I called. They said send pictures. They said send more pictures. When asked, they admitted that they did believe it was paint. When they were selling the product, they could be here anytime I wanted them to be here. I could call and talk to a manager. When I complained it took them 3 weeks to send someone out. By that time the only evidence left was on the rocks around the house. The man took samples of the rocks and sent it to their lab for analysis. The result was that it was paint but they said it was probably over spray. I said that I would not have waited ten months to complain about that much over spray. I said that I did not think that it would hold up to pressure washing. They said that I should pressure wash as I usually do and if it happens again, let us know. Today I am pressure washing the house. The paint is peeling. I stopped and called Rhino Shield. I asked to speak to a Manager and was told that none are available. I told Karen, the Rep., the story that I just told here. She said are you using a low pressure pressure washer or a high pressure pressure washer because a high pressure pressure washer is not recommended. I said that I am using a regular pressure washer. Actually never heard of a low pressure pressure washer. Isn't that a water hose? I asked her to have someone call me and to please not take three weeks like the last time. I have reported this to the BBB and intend to report to as many government regulators that I can. As I said, BUYER BEWARE.
