Rhino Shield's crew was very courteous and did an excellent job of masking before painting. They, also, did a great job of power washing , The final product looks amazing and really brightly white. Their clean up was thorough.
Rhino Shield is working with me regarding a financial delay in painting my home. I signed the contract to have the work done this Summer. However, within a few days, I found out about that will be paying about $16,000 for my nephew's tuition!!! Kindly, and professionally, Rhino Shield is allowing me to delay the start of painting my home until next Spring (Spring 2021).
Thank you Rhino Shield for understanding!!!
Consumer states he had Rhino Shield painted on his garage and back porch. The consumer states he paid 5100.00 in July 2017 for the service. The consumer states in May he noticed the product was bubbling on the walls. The consumer states he contacted the company and was advised that the technician would come out to repair the issue. The consumer states the technician did not show up.
Customer service was completed July 24. The customer contacted us May 29th for service. We apologize for the delay that occurred due to scheduling conflicts with their vacation and our current backlog.
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: Their response was not accurate. I had no vacation time booked nor did I ever mention vacation time, for starters. Second, I didn't know they were back logged because nobody called me to tell me that! I made 7-8 phone calls over a 6 week period and it took AG / Revdex.com complaints to get a solid date scheduled! Third, they completely missed the first scheduled appointment back in June and never called me to explain...Rusty (the painter who finally came out and did the work) was unaware that we were originally scheduled for the first weekend in June. My main complaint is all about bad communication and the level of distrust it is still causing me. I was going to be a repeat customer but not now. Nor am I going to refer tri-state coatings to my acquaintances!
