Brian was contacted to do work and an invoice and scope of work was done. Upon inspection of his work, I found horrible workmanship followed by a chain of broken personal items and refusal to return the house key blatantly telling me he threw the key in the trash on the attached text message. He installed a less superior rug and not the rug of I CHOSE. He did not replace the wood or rug padding as stated on the invoice. The rug was installed incorrectly by not being binded to the ground. He used the old padding and wood frame which is frail and very old. The rug is shedding just by walking on it. They used our vacuum without the filter and clogged and broke it from the shredding rug. I have proof. The invoice reads paint interior of house in antique white. In fact the house was NOT completely painted and I have the proof. The walls are not consistent in texture. The method used to repair holes was incorrect. He painted then patched holes and repainted and I have the text message to prove. Some walls are painted and others are not and I have the proof. He left paint stains throughout the house, on floor, and kitchen sink. Wood floors door trims have paint throughout house. House is painted two different colors. All of the cases of light fixtures and cable wires were left hanging and most plates are missing. I found a gallon of paint outside in front of the house along with the door stopper from the inside of the house. I choose a All the top shelves of the house were not painted and the plants that were up there are on the ground. You can see the parts of the house that was not painted. The inside of the windows were not painted. The mess of their food, papers, bags, trash, etc. is unprofessional. The fact that he is accusing me of tampering with his work I hired and paid him 3820 is CRAZY. He insisted I pay the balance without me inspecting the home. Brian *** gave me a business card of *** Remodeling Solution LLC and gave me an invoice with Rhino Remodels
Billing Adjustment He provided me the swatch of the rug i approved and he installed another type of rug and I have the example of my choice and a sample of his choice of rug he installed. This does not include all my complaints but video has it all. Please request. Return my money of 3820.. I have a video of his poor workmanship. Please request. I am reporting this to the media.

In response to Janice ***'s complaint:
When I first bid the job, I met with Janice's realtor, Lorena, who was given all the samples. I never gave any samples directly to Janice. The carpet agreed upon with Lorena, was the carpet installed. The paint agreed to by Lorena, antique white, was also used. I have receipts to prove this is what was purchased for this job. Prior to the job beginning, it was agreed to that ALL personal items would be removed from the job site. My company is Rhino Remodels, I gave her my old company card so that she would have my contact information, I made her aware of this as well. As you can see in the pictures below, every room had miscellaneous debris scattered throughout. In the customers own words "Rip that garbage down and throw it with the rest of her crap" regarding her mother's items that were left behind. There were used needles throughout the home, especially behind the refrigerator and washing machine, which put myself and my employees safety at risk. In the pictures below, there were bugs all throughout the house as well. There were multiple used de-fogger cans for bugs in the home as well which were cleaned up. In regards to the switch cover plates, they were old and broken when we removed them. The majority of them were not able to be installed due to prior breakage. I offered to install them if she was to purchase them. No texturing was done on the home. We were to prep the walls for paint, not patch holes. We were asked to repair one section of the wall, which we did. It is said that wires were left everywhere, however there was no electrical work completed with this job. In regards to the carpet, the carpet was agreed upon with Lorena. The padding did not need to be replaced and there was no discussion of replacing any tack strips. The vacuum was used and if it was damaged, we will be happy to replace it. When going to pick up final payment, the customer had made a comment about my son riding with her so that she would have a chance to rape him, which made my son, myself, and my employee, very uncomfortable as he is 14 years old. The customer did not make final payment at this time stating that she lost the key to her lock box with the money in it and the bank had to drill it out, after she asked us to drive to her home for the payment. Two days later, the customer called and texted me being very disrespectful (also have proof of this). She was stating she was not happy with the job after her realtor had previously approved the work being done. Multiple times, I offered to meet with her and discuss any issues she may have had. Instead of trying to meet and discuss, I was harassed on many occasions. In regards to clean-up, I made her aware that I would take care of anything we may have left behind when I met her for final payment. As far as eating in the home, there was never food brought in due to the deplorable conditions that the house was in. After seeing the pictures, I think it is safe to say we would not choose to eat in there. I have attached pictures of the home before and some of the finished project. I have many more, as well as screenshots of texts, but am unable to attach them all. Not every contractor and customer will agree on everything, but a certain standard of courtesy is expected. Thank you for your time in reviewing my response. Sincerely, Brian***
