Rhino Custom Built

Review: Rhino Custom Built, owner, [redacted] took $2500 which was 50% of the total cost of wall unit on July 2013 which he stated that he will deliver in mid August. He has not delivered the wall unit as of now (December **, 2013) and out of reach. This is a fraud. I sent a certified mail after so many attempts to contact him to request full refund in early December. He again failed to respond. This kind of fraud must stop. I request full refund. And, on the internet, he has done this kind of fraud in other individuals.Desired Settlement: I request for full refund of deposit of 2500 dollars since he failed to deliver the final product.
