Rhino Construction of NC

I contracted with them to repair my sunroom roof - they did not deliver fully on the contract. One of the items that they did not deliver on was the installation of gutter guards. I have contacted the vendor by text, e-mail and his contact page on his website since 9/5.The contract was for $2,600 - I paid him $4,000 and the job is not completed and the workmanship is shoddy and a mess.
