Review: Rhino is failing to perform routine preventative maintenance as contracted in the Equipment Maintenance Agreement signed 03/22/12. When last called on 06/30, we were told that we were being bumped down the list and they could not/would not provide a date when the service would be done. In addition, the owner has failed to return calls and emails to both Basic Laboratory and the Toshiba Finance Company (going back to spring 2014) regarding equipment information that needed to be corrected on leases. In general, they have been unresponsive. We have no recourse, because they are the only Toshiba dealer in our area and we are bound by multi-year lease agreements to the Toshiba equipment.Desired Settlement: 1). Promised maintenance provided in a timely manner (within 30 days).2). Corrected lease paperwork delivered to Toshiba and Basic Laboratory as requested in previous emails.
Review: The City of [redacted] has a 5 year contract on our [redacted] Copy Machine with Rhino Business Systems. Our machine has been in operate able for almost 2 weeks (11/12/15). We have called multiple times and have been reassured each time that we will be contacted and our machine will get repaired. We have yet to hear or see anyone from Rhino Business in regards to our machine. This has put a hardship on our staff at City Hall, not only do we not have a copier, our fax line is down too. Unfortunately, we have no other option, but to sit a wait for them to contact us or come repair our machine. There is no other [redacted] dealer in our area. [redacted] should be made aware of Rhino Business Systems poor customer service because this gives [redacted] a bad name and it is not their fault.Desired Settlement: The City of [redacted] would like their machine repaired and our bill prorated for the days that we have not be able to use it.
