Review: I ordered 7 tiaras in September 2014 and when I finally opened the box 4 of the crowns were damaged. Per their Lifetime Warranty on the website it states...
"The products are warrantied for manufacturing defects as long as you own the product. The product would need to be sent back with a copy of the invoice (we can help supply one, if it has been misplaced). The item will be repaired or replaced at no charge."
The lady with no customer service at all stated because I ordered the crowns in September it's too late and there's nothing she can do. So I asked what about their lifetime warranty and she said it's only for manufacture defect which the crowns were clearly defective from the manufacture since all the crowns were never worn. I also asked the lady what is your Return Policy and instead of answering my question she said, "well you can't return it anyway". That is what upset me the most was whether or not I could return the tiaras she should have just answered my question.
Once she told me there was nothing she could do for me she was done helping me versus trying to help me see if the I qualified for the Lifetime Warranty. The tiaras are of very poor quality and to have 4 out of the 7 broken it must be a manufacture defect. But the lady at Rhinstone Jewelry never bothered to see what the company could do for me. Now I'm just stuck with broken Tiaras.Desired Settlement: A refund for the damaged tiaras
