In response to your letter dated 9-17-concerning the complaint by *** *** Rheinschmidts Carpet and Furniture Gallery moved Ms***'s appliances and installed a new sheet vinyl floor in her kitchen on 7-8-(see attached invoice)Ms
*** called Rheinschmidts on the evening of the 8th saying that there was a problem with her washing machineI made a trip to her house to check out the complaintShe showed me the items that she was concerned about and I tolder her that I would put a call into Appliance Parts Service Depot in the morningI contacted Appliance Parts Service Depot the following morning on the 9th of July and gave them Ms***'s contact information so they could set up an appointment with her to come and take a look at the washerThe service call took place on 9-10-(see attached invoice)*** called Rheinschmidts again on 9-11-saying that her washer still wasn't working properlyI then called Appliance Parts Service Depot and they made another service call on 9-15-15(see attached invoice)upon further inspection Appliance Parts Service Depot reported and confirmed that the washer was working correctly and fitted a small leakI had not heard from Ms*** until early Septemeber and she stated that now her dryer was not performing properlyI told her that I would send a service tech to her house yet again to have the issue addressedShe replied with, "No, I want a new washer/dryer unit at your expense." I stated that I didn't feel that Rheinschmidts was at fault and that I have offered what I felt was more than fair with multiple service calls to Appliance Parts Service Depot and the expense of Rheinschmidts Carpet and Furniture GalleryShe refused any further assistance from my end and proceeded with her actionsThe remaining call was the only time that any complaint was made regarding her dryer as prior to the final call was working
