We are in receipt of your letter dated 12/28/regarding ID # [redacted] I am writing to acknowledge our awareness of the Issues with Mr [redacted] 's refrigeratorThe actual repairs to the refrigerator have been completed since October, including the door, and we have contacted him on occasions to try and return the unit.We are unable to locate the key that was supposed to be left for us and have not been able to schedule a time to return the unitMr [redacted] contacted us on the 23rd of December and wanted the unit returned that dayWe were unable to accommodate him on such short noticeUpon our return to operations after Christmas, I have left three messages and sent him an email to try and schedule the return of this unitIf we can get a key sent to us or get someone to meet us at the house we will gladly return this unit

We are in receipt of your letter regarding the complaint lodged by [redacted] of [redacted]. We are aware of the ongoing issue with the Maytag washing machine he purchased on 11/18/2015.We take customer service very seriously and have been out on three different occasions and have...
sent three different technicians out to try and address this issue. The washer in question functions as designed and the noise it makes is its norma l operating noise. We have tried to replace a couple of components in order to make the washer quieter but have not found any way to quiet the operation.I was scheduled to go out personally on the 16111 but was unable to leave the store. We did call and reschedule with the [redacted]s for the 23rd to meet with them to try and resolve this issue. We are limited in our ability to simply replace the washer because there is no defect in the machine. While I appreciate Mr. [redacted]s concern that the washer is noisier than the old machine, it is a different design and is operating as designed. If the washer was replaced the new one would have the same operating characteristics. AU of the new top load high efficiency washers operate very differently than the traditional top load washers that most people have had in the past.We are open to any solution, but replacing the washer would only be done by Maytag if it was un repairable, and the new one would have the same issues. Maytag's warranty covers repair of the unit, and we have been out to try and satisfy Mr. [redacted], but at this point there is nothing to repair. I believe, it is more of an issue with customer expectations, than machine performance.I am still willing to meet with Mr. [redacted] or we can schedule another servicer to get a second opinion on the machine. Replacement of the machine would have to be done thru Maytag because it is under the manufacturer's warranty.Please let me know if you need any more information, or would like to further discuss this matter.
