In reference complaint he got what he wanted from the beginning a full refund plus free products plus additional free products when he wants itAll over cents and sales tax he felt he was not entitled to have to pay. First in years of business but it's all goodSome people make it
through life this way getting things for nothingI think they are called deadbeats

To Whom It May Concern:Written complaints and/or issues within any community are reviewed by both the Board of Directors for that particular community and the RH1 Management's staff. The responses to such inquires, depending on the nature of the inquiry (i.e. general concern to the community) are...

normally addressed at the Board of Directors' Meetings or if it is an individual concern, a response will be provided to the individual. Telephone calls are normally returned within two business days.RH1 Management's hours of operation are advertised on the front door of RH1 Management's office and its website. Any deviation to the hours (i.e. inclement weather, employee training, etc.) is advertised on the front door of RH1 Managements office and its website.The Board of Directors is the authority for common grounds maintenance. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Although the facts about the transaction given by the business are not all truth, their response adequately represents the customer service they provide, including name calling and general unprofessionalism.
