Review: In September of 2013 I purchased airfare through one of the many arms of this company (travel papa.com) from Venice, It to Skopje,MK. In the original agreement baggage weight for said flight was 50 lbs per piece of luggage or 23 kilos per bag.In venice when we went to load the plane Turkish Airlines informed us that the allowed baggage weight was 23 kilos in total and that we would be charged $541 for overweight bags.

When explaining this situation to travel papa.com they gave me a run around and refused to acknowledge our initial agreement leaving me stuck paying the full amount of over weight chargesDesired Settlement: Full refund of $541 in faulty charges
