I wanted to acknowledge that I received the response to our rebuttal and provide you with an update [redacted] dropped his vehicle off for us to do a courtesy, no charge, diagnostic scan and we provided him with a loaner vehicle at no chargeWe advised [redacted] of what the vehicle would need as well as we offered him a 25% discount on all the parts and labor to assist on the fiscal burden [redacted] advised us that he was going to check elsewhere and took his vehicle backPlease advise me on how we should proceed from here?
