Review: Lazaro Painted my house. One side was not prepped correctly and peeled. Their warranty said they guarantee their work for 3 years. This happened in less than 1. They refused to stand by the job. I would not recommend. Read other complaints on other sites. They have a history of this specific problem. Beware! They tried to make me make my check out to the painter and not his company. I guess this is a way out for them. I did not do that, and made it out to the company. Maybe they are avoiding paying taxes. That could be another idea to notify the IRS.Desired Settlement: I had to pay him another $800.00 to fix the side peeling. I would like $600.00 back. The other two can cover the paint they had to purchase.
