RH III Landscaping and Construction

RH III was to ***,with a ***. *** was installed i*** is not level.The contractor put 8 *** with each attempt to install which are permanent. The *** is not level which resulted in the *** not connecting properly which has now left permanent scratch marks on the ***. No post ***s were installed until several text,and phone calls were placed and then owner reluctantly sent his crew to install weeks later. One post *** is still missing because it will not fit due to the *** installation in the wrong place and now there is not enough room for the *** and the ***e is uneven.Owner refuses to respond to my complaint or rectify. I am left with one missing post ***,several holes,scratches and an uneven ***.
