RGS Granite

I chose RGS because they quoted the job competitively and they are local. The owners wife ([redacted]) spent a great deal of time in the showroom with us selecting our material and promised quality service. I payed half upfront and agreed on installation 1 month following. I took the day off work day of installation because they said work would start early morning. I called several times that morning and received no answer at first. Around 12:00 I called again, the owners wife answered and said there was an error in the system and they would be there shortly, ( I later found out they forgot to cut a few pieces for my job). I called again at 4 pm , same answer, would arrive shortly. Missed a day of work for nothing. 7 pm finally the installers arrive, a younger gentleman and the owner. The drop mats layed down on the floor appeared not to have been cleaned in years. Installation from the younger gentleman was professional. The older gentleman (owner) was very careless from start to finish. He ruined my bathroom outlet plugging his Grinder in upside down, neglected to bring a shop vac so while cutting he made a terrible mess until I offered my own vacuum, and his caulking was messy. One piece was cut wrong so he offered to come back the next day to install, I ended up picking it up and installing it myself. Will not be using RGS in the future.
