RGL Painting & Waterproofing

I sent Mr *** on 2/13/2020 a tex in REf; to change Kitchen Cupboards,and I ask him to give me a call when he can get it done , I also reminded him that he had said previously about $1700.00 .
On the 2/16/2020 he sent his Assistant for a deposit of $ 1000.00 check which he has cashed and I have not heard from him since . Two of his phone numbers is not working XXX-XXX-XXXX & XXX-XXX-XXXX
the only number that works is his assistant XXX-XXX-XXXX and she gives me the runaround.
I got no receipt, I did not chose any Cabinets, there is no date set to meet me to discuss any thingh
I told his assistant I want to speak to him ,she keep saying he is in a meeting.I have asked her for a refund , but she keep saying that *** is cutting the Cabinets I know it is not true .
I just want him to return my $ 1000.00 This work is for my Condo Apt @ *** Apt *** , Lauderhill FL XXXXX
