Review: R&G transport failed to provide assistance to military veteran on thier trucking service after they damaged the vehicle. on 6-3-2015 I was notified that I was having my truck dropped off at my apartment complex at 8:45 am. The driver of the carrier unloaded my truck and when he failed to correct himself off the ramp he scraped and damaged my air delfector in the front. After taking pictures and the video of the off loading process. I went to talk to driver about this; not only did he not care; he blamed me for the truck being that low (it's a 4x4 and lifted). he blocked my truck and refused to let it go with signing the bill of lading. I finally signed it and called the agency that organized it immediately. Three weeks of playing email and phone tag resulted in nowhere but calls from R&G transports owners saying go after the organizer of the freight. American Auto transport gave me insurance info and it was not the carriers insurance. Not at one time did the carrier try to resolve the issue but told me to find someone who can give me insurance information. Of all this; I am just seeking resolution for damage they caused with substantiating proof (video and pics). As of 7-27-2015; I called the insurance company who in turn told me to contact another branch. I would like R&G transport to pay for damages. I have the email and video and pictures of the said incident.Desired Settlement: Repair of under front bumper air deflector at gmc dealeership
