Repair of defective microwave; landscaping, and return of the key to my home.I closed on my house with this builder on Oct 29, 2015. There were items that he was aware of that needed to be addressed prior to closing. He said he would fix those items. I had been communicating with him via email asking him to please repair the microwave, re-seed and level the yard from the tire track his construction crew made, and return my house key. His responses were more of the run around and then he stopped responding all together. To date, these items are still outstanding.Desired SettlementI would like my house key returned today, the yard leveled and re-seeded, and the microwave repaired or replaced if not able to repair today.
