Review: My husband & I tried to contact the office so that we can return a product. The gentleman there whose name is[redacted] was extremely unprofessional. He spoke w/us with complete unprofessionalism. He accuse us & hung the phone up on us while we were still trying to communicate with him. He then stated that the person who came out to our home to sell us the product does not work for his company. But the day before he said[redacted] was not in the office & he will take the msg. & relate it to him. So I was shocked when he stated the following day that there is noone working at his company by that name. All I wanted to do is return the product in a timely manner & we have been getting the run arounds from this company. Now they state that its past the business day's of return & we are stuck with the product. Even after explaining to him that we have been trying to get a hold of there office since the next day. there was no answer, no voice mail. We contacted a few other offices just so that we can get a hold of someone & we have only been getting the run arounds...Desired Settlement: All we want is to return the product & not having to be responsible to pay for a product that we have been trying to return since the 2nd day of purchase. Especially after having the phone hunged up on us for explaining to the gentleman why we do not want the product.... etc...
