February 12, 02/17/To Whom It May Concern: In regards to the no phone call on February 9th, AR was never given the message to contact [redacted] about automatic paymentSince we are not sure who [redacted] spoke with that day, we have spoken with each team member to prevent this situation from happening again, As for the after-hours issue, the first call that came through to the on call Manager was at 6:57amAt which time the on call manager was driving into work so could not contact the customer back until arriving at the office around 730amDue to the time of year and the inclement weather we have been experiencing, we do not promise deliveries, we make customer aware we are going to try to get to them today, when it comes to being out of productThe driver was able to make [redacted] 's delivery at 1:32pm on the 11thWe did contact our after-hours call center Wednesday morning in regards to not receiving the first call made by [redacted] at 4:06amThey told us they were experiencing technical difficulty and have since fixed their issue.Sincerely, Kayla H General Manager
