Good morning,*** *** called us regarding evidence of weed in the loam he purchasedHe is the only customer who has provided us with any information or complaint about weeds We sent a sample to the *** ** *** and their recommendation was to spray the affected loam with
chemicals*** *** advised *** *** of the University's recommendation to spray We are not positive if the weed is in the loam, compost or even the ground he planted. We have sold many more yards to other customers from the same pile and have received no other reports of weeds. Thank you for your attention to this matter

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. . 
I specifically asked for good garden soil.  Soil that must be sprayed with chemicals is not good garden soil.[redacted] supplied me with a verbal list of businesses around town that this soil was delivered to.  I have observed the same weed in their soil.  I will bring it to their attention and we can all complain to [redacted] together.  When I spoke to the gentleman at [redacted] in [redacted] he stated that they had mis-identified the weed in [redacted] and it is actually field bindweed.  His words, "What you have on your hands here is an absolute nightmare.  It will take alot of work and several years to fully eradicate this, if you ever do.  Who did you get this from?....I would sue them."  I won't but maybe one of the other large businesses will, after I bring it to their attention.
