Although we love the property the months we have been living here this management company and owners have made living here so difficultThis has been the worst experience I've had with any management company, all they want is your money and to bully you into paying to fees you never agreed toTo begin with repairs are never made, and when they finally are made they have the nerve to bill the tenant for needed repairs not caused by the tenantThe on site manager is absolutely no help at all she just says "contact the office" when she is the only one working in the office and the corporate office is even worst all they do is threaten the tenants and attempt to bully them into forcing the tenant to pay fees or threaten with eviction and legal proceedingsThe property is nice, but man this headache is not worth it!!!!! Worst management company I've ever dealt with
