Reynolds Painting

Reynolds painting was contracted to paint my house. Never came to touch-up. Broke several storm windows said would replace, windows sealed shut Reynolds painting was contracted to paint my house in October 2013. House was painted but was never touched up. Several storm windows were broken in the process and I was told they would be repaired by Reynolds painting. The windows were painted shut and now cannot be opened.every time rentals painting was called he gave excuses for why he couldn't come.I contacted my lawyer to write a letter asking him to come and Do touch ups and repair the broken windows.I have received no response.it has now been a year since he was hereDesired SettlementI wish Reynolds painting to either come and finish the painting correctly and replace my broken windows or I want to total refund.
