I spent quite a bit of time on the phone trying to remedy this situation, however the customer became combative and hung up on me This did not give us the opportunity to address the situation or come up with a satisfactory solution for the customer We did the diagnostic, for which we only charged $(We normally charge time and a half- $on the weekend)We charged $to replace the batteries which she claims were bad We have have no way of knowing if the batteries were bad, as she would not allow us to come back We will refund the $for the installation of the batteries
