Many thanks for your message. I would like to kindly ask for an extension in the time to respond. I am currently out of the country and I do not have the background information with me in order to respond to the Vendor's reply. Kindly extend the time for at least another 5-days to give me time to respond.
Many thanks in advance for your kind consideration

Dear [redacted];This Is In reply to [redacted] letter, [redacted] contacted our office on August 30,2013, to purchase 4 tickets for her relatives. We are attaching her E-mail to our office. On September 04,2013 our office e-mailed [redacted]...
to call us to verify all the information and the form of payment. After reviewing the itinerary and to her satisfaction on September 09,2013 she called us and provided the credit card information needed to issue the four tickets. Before and after the tickets were issued she was informed that all tickets are not refundable and tton-transferable and there is a penalty for any change. She agreed and she paid for the ticket with her brother credit card as stated above. In the traveling industry is a practice that for voiding an issued ticket the service fee, fluctuate from $75-00 to $100.00 dollars. As a deference to her we charged her only $75.00 dollars for voiding the four tickets.I believe that we acted in good faith and good business practice.Sincerely,
Review: This agency forced the purchase of an airfare by charging credit card before the agreement to charge was made. When complaint was made directly to them, they made the refund, but kept $75 dollars arguing that it is an administrative fee for the cancellation of the purchase. This transaction happened within a few hours in the same date.
The issues started as follows: 1. they had a reservation pending payment. 2. after the weekend, on Monday, morning, I called and asked them if they could check if the fare dropped and they said that they will check and let me know, and I said, I will get credit card information while they check that. 3. I sent them the credit card info by email and asked them that they will only charge after I hear from them about the fare changes. Because, I will check also the internet to see if there is a lower fare compared to the one they will give me. Becaue I was on a very tight budget. 4. they did not come back to me and charge the credit card for the ticket without giving them the go ahead. 5. Then, of course, I found out that there was a better fare on the internet. 6. by then, they already charge the credit card as I said.
I have tried a few times to get the $75 back by phone and email, without success of course, instead, the representative became very unprofessional and rather insulted me and hang up the telephone on me.
I know the pressure to sell for them is very hight in this economy, but, the same for the consumers, we should not be robbed as such in this economy. I am submitting this complaint for myself and others who are not able to report or will be potential victims.
Thank you
[redacted]Desired Settlement: Kindly ask they refund the credit card they used at that time. Many thanks for being here to protect the consumers. You do a very good job. God bless you!
