Review: I brought my Alessi watch to Rexford's Jewelry to have the battery replaced. They did replace the battery, but the first time I wore the watch it fell apart. luckily it didn't break and I was able to locate the part/s that had fallen to the floor. When I brought the watch back to Rexford's and asked them about the missing screws (3 out of 4), Rexford's denied any responsibility, saying they did not make mistakes. They did offer to find screws at my expense, but were not able to do so. I was left with a useless watch, so I brought it to another jeweler who was able to replace the screws for $103.00.Desired Settlement: I feel that Rexford's is responsible for the missing screws and should pay for them.

Review: They changed the battery in my Michele watch. While changing the battery they cracked the mother of pearl face of the watch and damaged the rest of the face of the watch. They called to see how much repair would be and they refused to pay for repairs.Desired Settlement: I would like the money to repair the watch.
