[redacted] ? ? First I would like to apologize about the experience you have had in regards to getting the parts repairedAlthough all vehicles are purchased unless a warranty is purchased by the customer or provided through the finance company it is very difficult for the dealership to hold responsibility for any repairs which may be needed in the futureIn regards to you did purchase the warranty with [redacted] and it is a surprise to us as much as to you that they did not cover the parts which you submitted a claim towardsIf you would like to come into the dealership and see if we could get you a warranty plan which will cover the technological components on your vehicle I would be more than glad to do the research in order to get you the right coverage for your vehiclePlease let me know how we could make this right for you :)?

Good Afternoon, First off I would like to share a little information in regards to the lemon law: http://www.ag.state.il.us/consumers/lemonlaw.htmlAs listed it does not apply to used carsAlso, I would like to state that all vehicles are sold and the customer has the right to test drive the vehicle and take it to a mechanic or bring a mechanic to inspect the vehiclePrior to purchasing the vehicle the mileage was 117,on the vehicle, we had an arrangement for her to drop it off to get it detailed. When the customer called us a few days after purchasing the vehicle we scheduled an appointment with her in order to drop off the vehicle on that ThursdayThe customer failed to drop off the vehicle and came in the following day at 1pmWhen the customer dropped off the vehicle she was very persistent on having the vehicle back before 5pm that same dayOur tech did the best job he could in order to fix the problems with the carThe customer stated that she needed the cluster board to at least work and the seat so we explained that it could be fixed but the wrong mileage would showThe seat was fixed and is fully operableHowever, in a four hour window there is not much to be doneHere at Rexford we do not discriminate against our customersWe are a honest company who always is willing to give out a helping hand

I am rejecting this response because:how is it even possible I could have went to a mechanic during a test drive? Make sense of that pleaseYou should be more honest with your customers instead of being dishonestI'm pretty sure this isn't the only person they have tried not to help after selling a product.
Sincerely,

Good Morning, Once again, we swapped out the cluster per your approval because you stated the "gas hand does not work" although when you drove off with the car it worked. All paper work completed at the dealership reflects an accurate representation of the vehicle. After having "her mechanic" do a tune up and due to the malfunctions of the vehicle which seems to be the cause of an unfinished job she decided to call us here at Rexford and blame us for the unfinished jobRexford got the car towed here which you have not paid forAlso, you car note which is days late which you have not paid and the money for your insurance which you have not paid If you believe we are "crooks" you should know that we are not obligated to due anything on this vehicle, but because we are doing business the right way we are extending our arm out to help. We have done everything in our power for the customer and we will continue in doing so.

The warranty was purchased after the vehicle was purchasedThe vehicle was sold since and at the time of purchasing the vehicle we did not know of any problemsWe had done about $in repairs to the vehicle prior to the sale of the vehicle to the customerWe offered to find a newer engine
for the customer but customer was not satisfied with our suggestionA newer engine cost $and we offered to have our mechanic swap it out for $which totals to $Anywhere else they will charge at least $to $If the customer does not want us to swap it out we will contribute $towards the cost of the engine.

All paper work indicated the vehicle was TMU (True Mileage Uknown) which customer has signed and acknowledgedVehicle odometer was not tampered with as we understand it is a crime.

We did the necessary repairs on the vehicle prior to having the vehicle available for saleWe are not obligated to give you any documentation on what repairs we had done on the vehicle, but had you asked at the time of purchase we would have gladly provided you with the documentationHowever, the claim is that we sold you a car with a pre-existing issue which is a accusation because after your test drive you claimed the car was "good"We do not have a way to "hide" an engine from going badYou had the right to take the vehicle to a mechanic during your test drive and even then the mechanic would not be able to tell the "future" of the vehicle

We informed the customer to come in and pick up the platesCustomer has failed to come pick up the plates
