to be down the parts have been available for months. We take pride in our customer service, unfortunately manufactures have recalls from time to time that are beyond our control.
The recalled was issued days after I purchased and I immediately requested a refund when parts were unavailable , losing out on my entire season of owning this machine, granted the parts are now available the MSRP of this unit has dropped significantly, so If I had purchased this machine next season since that's the first I'll be able to use it I would have bought it for 2-4K less, now that all the bugs are worked out next season it would be thousands cheaper, it has not been used more than once, I think the dealer needs to stand behind the product they sell and although this is a Polaris issue that is out of their control they represent Polaris and should take into consideration the timing of my insodent and make this right. Calling me to pickup the unit for repairs was never the issue so I'm not sure why you would feel that was a solution, this is unresolved and I am not satisfied
