As Mags 4 Miles suggested, I did end up switching to USPS delivery from the Wall Street Journal directly!

Consumer: [redacted] Dear Ms. [redacted]: I write in response to the inquiry registered with your office by consumer [redacted] [redacted]. We genuinely regret the inconvenience that Mr. [redacted] experienced regarding his magazine subscriptions, and have attempted to resolve his concerns. Our records show that Mr. [redacted] placed an order for The Wall Street Journal through our program when he accepted our promotional offer, which was presented by Delta Airlines. The offer allowed him to receive one term of his magazine selections for a points paid subscription. On July 12, 2016, Mr. [redacted] contacted our customer service center via our online website and stated he was not receiving all of his issues to his subscription to The Wall Street Journal. We took the liberty of contacting the publisher and they confirmed that Mr. [redacted] should receive his next issue by July 20, 2016. Also, the publisher has extended his account for the three missed issues. We responded to Mr. [redacted] via email on July 19, 2016. If Mr. [redacted] still does not receive his subscription, I would request that he please contact me directly at ###-###-####. We genuinely regret the inconvenience that Mr. [redacted] experienced regarding his magazine subscriptions, and have attempted to resolve his concerns. Despite multiple searches, we regret that we cannot locate Mr. [redacted]’s account in our system with the information provided in his complaint. In the spirit of goodwill, we have placed a complimentary order for The Wall Street Journal on June 1, 2017 as Mr. [redacted] has indicated that he submitted his order online. The publisher has confirmed he should receive his first issue on June 3, 2017. We apologize for the unsatisfactory experience Mr. [redacted] had with our company.
