residue left over from the tack spray they use when they print the sweatshirt. It did not wash off like they said it would. (Their employee did a wash test too and told me it didn't wash off for him either). 2 pics This is the same residue on the shirt tags. I even tried removing it with 100% rubbing alcohol. 3 picThis is a shirt I showed them where the letters on the extra small sizes were all warped. This is not an issue we were disputing. It was never addressed, and they never offered a compensation for these. This is a side by side comparison from the same batch of t-shirts under the same lighting, with one shirt over the other. The left one shows that the print is white. The right is a sample of a shirt where the letters picked up the black from the shirt. Their staff told me it's due to the ink used on these shirts and that they just need to use a different type of ink. They did not think the color was an issue since the ink coverage was good. They offered to reprint using the same ink but would not compensate for the cost of the shirts. Which I did not agree with.
