The Product Web-site states 30 day free trial. No information was provided with product received. Started billing for free product about 3 weeks later
I am not sure what day I ordered this product on my phone. I am sure that the ad I seen stated a free 30 day supply of it only cost was shipping of 4.99. No other terms and conditions were available on the site as I looked for that information before I placed the order. When the package arrived their was no information contained inside about terms or company information inside. Only a return address was on the package outside was visible. I started taking the product as directed on the package. On approx. January 4th or 5th I received a call from my Credit Card company stating that some charges were trying to be made on my account and was asking if they were authorized. I told them that I had not authorized any charges for any products. They instructed me they would conduct a investigation. I talked with the company on approx. January 7, 2019 I asked that anything be cancelled and that I did not want any thing other than the 30 day free trial that I ordered. The individual stated that I could not cancel and the free trial had to have been canceled within 14 days in ordered not to be charged. I stated that the site stated it was a 30 free trial and it should not be charged for something that states it is free. I told them I did not want any other product and again they stated I could not cancel and I stated if I received other product I would return it. They stated that would not be possible. I stated I would file a complaint against the company and at that time the person hung the phone up. I decided to let the Credit Card Company conduct their investigation and have decided to provide you with this companies deceptive advertising practices and billing practices.
To stop attempting to collect from this fraudulent advertising practices. I will contact FTC to report their actions with false advertising saying you get 30 day free trial.

With the personal information provided we are unable to locate any order placed you and we no longer offer products on a trial/subscription basis since 2016. All products offered on our website can only be purchased for a single order at full price.
But we do want to ensure that your purchase was not made with our company. We have some follow up questions that will allow us to further investigate this complaint.
Was the personal information provided in this complaint the same personal information used to place the order? What is the name of the product that was purchased? What is the name of the company that attempted to make the charge on the credit card billing statement?
If we are able to find an order you we will gladly refund them it in full.
Once we have the additional requested information we will be able to determine if said product was purchased from our company and help resolve this complaint.

Cancellation has to be done within 14 days of placing the order, did not receive product until after this time. Called for refund and denied.
Cancellation has to be done within 14 days of placing the order, did not receive product until after this time. Called for refund and told it couldn't be done. Company does not inform that trial time starts at day of order placed, not a free product received.
I would just like a refund for the product.

We are unable to find any records (we searched by name, address, city, state, zip, email address) of a purchase being made by the individual who filed the complaint. We are more than happy to work with this individual in resolving the matter, if the purchase was made from our company. Please provide an order id, name of product purchased, and any other information you may have to help us determine if the purchase was made with our company.
