I joined this gym last year, no contract but they made you sign up for automatic withdrawal, the information states once advance notice is given that they stop when you "quit" your non membership I notified them in March that I wanted to quit, they continue to take money from my account Their website states you can quit on there, however it is a lie They snottily inform you that YOU CANNOT I called...no answer, no room on answering machine either I finally contacted by email and went round and round with the young man who apparently owns it, [redacted] something or otherHe finally said that he would refund my money paid for the next month April that was taken out first week or two of March (WAY TOO FAR IN ADVANCE) I withdrew permission to bill me and expected it to be over as I was assured, I paid a fee for losing the fob (as to why I had not been in months anyway) Now it is two months later and I am still being charged, the owner still is taking money out My bank wants
