Review: I purchased this frame because I wanted a light frame, it is also a titanium frame, I figured it would also be durable, and light. After less that two years of usage, the frame came apart, like the weld or what ever is used to join the metals joints together, just wore out. I spoke with customer service and the answer is, were you offered a warranty, if not, maybe you are due for a new frame from you insurance company. Is this how things are now, everything being disposable, not even well send in photos or the frame so we can determine if the issue is defective workmanship. I got this when I needed reading frames, "progressive". I did not believe I should have to get new frames every two years. The nonchalant attitude I was given on the phone, from the customer service representative, was so scripted. If this is the way this company feels about it's customers, and its products, that is a shame. They are not standing behind their products, and that is also a shame.Desired Settlement: At least seem concerned about the product, if it defective, replace.
